It’s possible that I was a slightly odd child, as my ultimate fantasy at Christmas was that all the wrapping paper under the tree match. You can imagine that my mother was a bit perplexed by me…
Now that I’m an adult and buying my own wrapping paper, one of the first things I do at the beginning of the season is buy multiple rolls of the same pattern. I spend a lot of time picking the paper each year and use lots of different ribbon to dress things up.
For me this would be an ideal combo.

So, in the grand tradition of getting back everything you dished to your parents in spades, of course Audrey wants nothing more than for every single gift to be wrapped in a different kind of paper...ideally, the most sparkly, santa-ish, green and red paper possible.
Maybe something like this could be a compromise…but somehow I doubt it.

You know my mother is totally loving this.
