It was a very Millie weekend.Audrey and Bryan were off on their father/daughter campout, so I was flying solo with the Millster, and I have to say it was pretty fantastic.
I'm not quite sure how this happened, but it seems that when we do pair off with the girls our M.O. is usually for me to take Audrey while Bryan hangs with Millie. I think it's because Bryan and Millie are a bit more "homebodyish" (not a word, I realize), while Audrey and I like to be out and about... So our weekend switcharoo made me realize that we need to mix things up more often. It's good for us and for them.
While Bryan and Audrey were off riding horses, roasting s'mores, doing archery and pretty much having the time of their lives, Millie and I tooled around town a bit, partook in epic snuggle-fests, had meals with some of our favorite ladies and manged to host a clothing swap party on Saturday. We were busy girls.
But the snuggle-fest was my favorite part of the weekend.
