Samuel Pritzker hase lived in San Francisco his whole life and began taking photographs in September of 2008 at 15 years old. He says he strives to capture frightening, yet nostalgic moments in time that are often left unnoticed: “Typically, each still frame of mine encompasses an aged, cinematic quality, which I would like to believe adds a peculiar level of connectivity between my work and the viewer.” He creates photographs to later recall emotions of distant memories that would otherwise be abandoned and says he finds that he is most drawn towards film and Polaroids in his work…
