I'm gearing up for a week-long work trip to Germany in a few days, so the weekend was all about getting in as much family bonding time as humanly possible. With a short break for a Saturday date night (for our couples book club), it was 100% hanging with the girlies.We kicked things off at Northpark on Friday where we had dinner at La Duni (and I exhibited formidable willpower re: sugar and alcohol) and took the girls to see Ramona and Beezus (v. cute, I would recommend). There was also some sprinkler action, some painting and another visit to the museum* (yes that makes three weeks in a row, Audrey was miffed that we went last weekend and saw that awesome Jill Foley exhibit without her, so we had to go back and let her scope things out...)
Love that kid.
*Speaking of the museum, I decided to mix things up a bit and actually (gasp) not bring my camera...It's amazing how much more engaged I am when I'm not snapping pics. But because no outing can go undocumented, Bryan took a few shots of our visit + brunch on another day (below) with his iphone and the (completely awesome) hipstamatic app.
